What
if there is a way to feel and function your best while staying
healthy and injury-free?
Well, there is… and we will show you the
way at Specht Physical Therapy.
Check out our Personal Best
Wellness Programs and pick the one that is right for you.
Or come in for a Physical Therapy Checkup to find out what
we can do for you.
Keeping you healthy and free from
pain is our primary goal.
- We offer wellness programs for individuals
of all ages and activity levels.
- You will receive an evaluation session with
one of our physical therapists who will design your specific
program.
- Three ‘one-on-one’ sessions with
your therapist completes the program.
- At the conclusion of your sessions, participants
are given a personalized wellness program that can easily
be performed at home or in the gym.
EACH PERSONAL BEST WELLNESS
PROGRAM CONSISTS OF THREE ESSENTIAL COMPONENTS:
Evaluation
Your program begins with an evaluation
including cutting-edge testing
procedures to determine what exercises and activities
are ideal for you.
Exercise
Your individualized program will be designed
using physical therapy exercise techniques:
- Release: Self-myofascial release to relieve
tension and stiffness in difficult to stretch areas.
- Rebuild: Corrective exercises to stretch
tight areas and strengthen weak muscle groups.
- Re-Educate: Posture, body mechanics and balance
training for optimal alignment and injury prevention.
Training
Your program will be designed with Functional
Training in mind. This approach to exercise yields the best
results by improving movement efficiency and body mechanics
during the functional activities that you do every day.
We Keep you Moving...for Life.
